This example is based on the GD32L235O-START-V1.0 board, it provides a description
of how to use TIMER and EXTI to control LED. It uses Mini USB interface to supply power.
Wakeup button key, LED and GD-Link are also included.

After system start-up, firstly, LED1 is flashed once for test. The user can toggle
the output state of LED1 by pressing the Wakeup key. The LED1 will be toggled every 500ms.

On the GD32L235O-START-V1.0 board, LED1 is connected to PA8. Wakeup key is connected to PA0.

JP3 must be fitted to Dx.
